About the Role
Risk 2 Solution Medical & Emergency Response is a boutique integrated healthcare, safety, security and risk company and we pride ourselves on the high level of support we offer to our people.
We are based in Queensland and supply Doctors, Registered Nurses, Registered Paramedics, Emergency Services Officers and Security Officers to a diverse range of worksites.
We are currently seeking applications and expressions of interest from ESO’s to fill Permanent (or Casual) positions around Mackay and Central QLD for immediate start in a Team Leader role.
- Rosters will be 7 days on, 7 days off (day and night shifts)
- DIDO for local staff opportunity, Camp Accommodation and meals
- FIFO Flights from Brisbane, Camp Accommodation, meals and car hire or company cars supplied.
About You
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Certificate III Mines and Rescue
- Coal Board Medical – Rescue
- Standard 11
- Immunisations – Tetanus, Hepatitis A & B, Covid
- Drivers Licence – Manual HR Class Open Licence
- Queensland Security Licence (unarmed & CCTV)
- Course in Drug and Alcohol Testing- HLTPAT005
- Provide Advanced First Aid- HLTAID006 or equivalent
- Provide Advanced Resuscitation- HLTAID007 or equivalent
- Operate Breathing Apparatus Open Circuit- PUAFIR207B or equivalent
- Identify, Detect and Monitor Hazardous Materials at an Incident- PUAFIR316 or equivalent
- Render Hazardous Materials Incidents Safe- PUAFIR320 or equivalent
- Undertake Road Crash Rescue- PUASAR24A or equivalent
- Undertake Vertical Rescue- PUASAR032A or equivalent
- Undertake Confined Space Rescue- PUASAR025A or equivalent
- Conduct Fire Team Operations- RIIERR201D or equivalent
- Respond to Local Emergencies and Incidents- RIIERR302D or equivalent
- Operate Pumps – PUAFIR309B or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment- TAE40116 or equivalent
- Supervisor Course – G189 + G2
- 2+ years in a leadership position related to emergency response
WILLING TO OBTAIN WITHIN 6 MONTHS
- Lead Rescue Team- RII403D or Equivalent
- Apply & Monitor Surface Operations Emergency Preparedness & Response Systems- RIIERR401D or equivalent
- Manage & Coordinate Spill Response- RIIRIS403D or equivalent
- Develop Teams and Individuals- BSBLED401 or equivalent
- Show Leadership in the workplace- BSBMGT401 or equivalent
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
