In accordance with the provsision of clause 170 of the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2008 under the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966 and for the purposes of clauses 17, 53 and 106 of the Regulation and Section 16 (1) (d) of the Act, authority is given to persons employed by Risk 2 Solution Group (Medical)
- to possess and to administer drugs of addiction (Schedule 8 medications)
- to possess and to administer prescribed restricted substance (Schedule 4, Appendix-D medication)
- to possess and to administer poisons and restricted substances (Schedule 4 medications)
- to supply (administer only) any Schedule 2 or Schedule 3 medications that are included in Risk 2 Solution Group’s (Medical) clinical protocols.
