Leonie provides international development and emergency response advice and consulting services to the United Nations, large international nongovernmental organisations inside and outside of Australia and to companies in Australia in general. She also provides advisory services in risk management, capacity building and development and in aspects of monitoring and evaluation of projects.

Leonie offers expertise in all facets of project management, in both the emergency and development contexts. She conducts regular training nationally and internationally in the training and assessment field as well as workshops in language, literacy, and numeracy.
