Do you have the skills but not the qualification?

There is no argument that skills and experience are more important than having the piece of paper to prove it. However, it feels good to be recognised for your hard work and it can make the difference between getting your next promotion/job or being overlooked because someone else was seen as being more qualified.

Our RPL process is very simple; we do most of the hard work for you and provide you with one-on-one guidance throughout the whole RPL process. RPL is an assessment pathway offered by Registered Training Organisations such as Asset Training Australia for individuals to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

SECURITY TRAINING

Through our internal Specialist Security Company, Dynamic Alternitives (DAS), we are able to offer clients unique, innovative, quality security training products and courses ranging from our off-the-shelf training such as General Safety and Security Awareness Training (G.S.S.A.T), Travel Safety and Security Awareness Training (T.S.S.A.T) and First Incident Responder Scenario Training (F.I.R.S.T) to our custom, tailor made Specialist Training for clients, based on their specified requirements including Resilience Training.

Through our internal Registered Training Organisation, Safety and Rescue Australia (SRA) RTO #4785. We are able to offer clients a full range of safety training, from Working At Heights, Confined Space, Safety Leadership, Dogging, Rigging, Scaffolding, Elevated Work Platform to Certificate IV Work Health and Safety.

All of SRA’s courses are Nationally Accredited and their trainers are some of the most qualified and experienced trainers in the mining, construction, oil and gas and marine industries.
