In her role, Nicole supports group-wide marketing strategy while also acting as a strategic and behavioural consultant on priority initiatives. Her expertise spans strategic business practice, behavioural measurement, and organisational culture, enabling her to design and deliver practical, results-driven strategies that translate insight into action.

Nicole has worked extensively with federal and state government agencies, blue-chip private sector organisations, and smaller agile businesses. She has led complex projects from inception through to delivery across a wide range of industries, including government, law, finance, and security and risk management.

Holding a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Marketing, both awarded with high distinction, Nicole applies the same level of rigour, professionalism, and strategic clarity to all her work.
