Melbourne, Australia – Presilience^®, a brand of the Risk 2 Solution Group, has been awarded the Outstanding Security Performance Award (OSPA) for Outstanding Security Training Initiative at the 2025 Australian Security Industry Awards, held in Melbourne on Thursday, 30 October 2025.

The annual event brought together Australia’s leading security professionals to celebrate excellence and innovation across the industry. Organised by the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL), the 29th Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence were hosted in collaboration with the 10th Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) and the 14th Australian Security Medals Foundation Awards. The combined ceremony recognised exceptional achievements and contributions across the nation’s security sector.

Winning this OSPA recognises Presilience^® as a trailblazer in advancing integrated and human-centred security education. This category celebrates training initiatives that demonstrate measurable outcomes, address identified skills gaps, and meaningfully improve industry performance.

Grounded in more than two decades of research in security, psychology, and risk management, Presilience^® training programs redefine how security professionals are prepared for the challenges of a volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous, and digitised (VUCAD) world. The programs have been implemented across diverse sectors, including aviation, transport, government, retail, and healthcare, and have delivered measurable improvements in incident response, situational awareness, and team cohesion.
