Ron is the General Manager of the Training and Consulting division, as well as the R2S Violence Prevention Practice Lead.

Ron has over two decades of experience as a multi-award-winning university lecturer, educator, consultant, and senior manager, specialising in systems implementation, learning development, security and risk management, and violence prevention across multiple sectors in Australia and overseas.

Ron is an internationally-recognised subject matter expert on violence prevention and self-protection. Ron’s experience includes providing violence prevention, security, and defensive tactics training and consulting in Australia and overseas, and has worked with government, military, law-enforcement, corrections, corporations, small business, non-for-profits, women’s shelters and at-risk youth.

Ron has taught thousands of people and has a passion and an award-winning track record for creating and delivering real outcomes through outstanding coaching and consulting backed by efficient and effective systems.
